Affirmations and Asana

Positive affirmations can be incredibly powerful!  They can help us to release the fear, negativity, and anxious feelings in our lives. Repeated often, they can help us to change our mindset, patterns, and, ultimately, our lives.

This will be a joyful and relaxing 1.5 hour interactive workshop focused on mantra meditation, positive affirmations, and yoga asana.

Create your own affirmation deck to take home, learn various ways to use it, and enjoy an all levels yoga flow.

You are welcome to bring affirmation decks, your favorite quotes, horoscope, song lyrics, poems, or whatever else speaks to you to serve as inspiration!
