Join Anna and Shelley for a full day outdoor wellness retreat in beautiful Canterbury, Connecticut.  A community retreat where energetic exchange takes place.  We’ll close out the summer and prepare for the upcoming season of slowing down.

During the Autumnal Equinox, day and night are of equal length.  It’s a time to discover the light within the dark.

During this retreat, we will harvest the goals and intentions we planted when the year began and examine their progress thus far.

This retreat is perfect for beginners as well as those well on the path of the healing/spiritual journey!
