Barre Fusion pop up class

This class combines the challenging strength work of barre with the restorative zen side of yoga leaving you with a full body workout and stretch.
The first hour of class focuses on building strength using your own body weight, bands and light weights. Expect to work your lower body, core and upper body as we move through barre routines. Class ends with 30 minutes of restorative yoga stretches and deep yoga breathing.
