Buti Yoga

Join us as we take turns bringing you this beautiful practice.

Buti Yoga is a mix between yoga asana, strength and conditioning, cardio, and primal movement. It is an incredibly empowering and invigorating practice set to upbeat music that will have you cheering, sweating, and laughing!
