Finding calm finding hope with Nora

Please join yoga teacher Nora Charters for this unique workshop on yoga for anxiety and depression. Take part in discussion on the science behind breath techniques, forms of meditation and asana (yoga postures) to help ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. Draw from yoga and the world of spiritual healing from experts like Tara Brach, Louse Hay and Brené Brown.
Soothe and replenish your spirit through positive affirmations, visualizations, mantra, simple moves to do at home with minimal props.
We will move together, breathe together, work on tapping into our innate wisdom and compassion. The session will end with a chance to journal, and there will be a handout to take home.
