Insightful Tarot and Mindfulness Workshop with Amanda 2/25/22

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or
focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness,
and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state.
We will combine insightful Tarot into our Guided Meditation then finish with journaling prompts to
find wisdom. Explore the benefits of these mindfulness practices. Whether it be learning
something new about yourself or a way to let go of the past, we will go deeper!
What to Expect:
