About Jessica
Through years of living with anxiety and functioning on autopilot, I discovered meditation. My journey with mindfulness and meditation has been remarkably transformative.
Now, I navigate life with greater peace, ease, and compassion. I am deeply and genuinely connected with joy.
I started my mindfulness journey in 2016 by participating in a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and have since cultivated a daily meditation practice. I enjoy immersing myself in the topic through workshops, retreats, books, and community. Knowing that I wanted to take my practice deeper, I entered a program through the Copper Beech Institute and became a certified Mindfulness Facilitator.
I am evolving and continuing my training to lead Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs with the The Mindfulness Center at Brown University. I am passionate about sharing The Mindful Journey with others in an inclusive, compassionate, environment.
