Metabolic blast January Challenge with Angie every Sunday morning on ZOOM

What is metabolic conditioning? Exercises that vary from moderate to high intensity. These exercise routines use certain energy pathways. The goal of metabolic conditioning is to improve both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. Benefits: the power of exercise to boost metabolism is on top of its positive effects on blood pressure, heart rate, fitness, body fat, and body weight. NOT TO MENTION MOOD BOOSTING!!

Is it like HIIT? HIIT workouts are a form of metabolic conditioning, but not all metabolic conditioning workouts would fall in the HIIT category. Metcon and HIIT, along with strength training, plyometrics, and steady state aerobic conditioning are all tools in your fitness toolbox!

What can you expect from this challenge:

~Every Sunday morning in January 9:30-10:15

~Wear sneakers/have light weights

~open to 15 participants ONLY

~Cameras ON (I’ll be keeping an eye on you, offering support, motivation and tips as you go!

~ What you get: 5 group workouts, 1 additional workout emailed each week, Q&A opportunity afterwards and additional support from Angie as needed each week.
