Mindful movement and meditation with Erin

Join Erin for an evening of meditation and mindful movement. Together, we will learn more about the benefits of meditation in our lives. We will move through a few vinyasa sequences to warm up our bodies to sit. We will practice various types of meditation, including: mantra, body scan, vipassana, and loving kindness meditation. Bring your mat, any props you’d like to support you, and a notebook to write down any insights gained in our practices. This class is appropriate for yogis of all levels; it will be a great chance to relax and find stillness within oneself.
