Yoga Props Are Tools To Help You Practice Yoga

Yoga props can assist students in mastering postures demanding flexibility and balance
as well as aiding students in deepening twists and building strength. People have this
association that if a yoga block is used, they are somehow cheating. Or WORSE, feel like they are not a real yogi.

What Do Props Do?

● Raise the floor so you can get the movement from the appropriate body part.
● Give you something to press against, which provides stability.
● Support the back, head and hips to help the body settle into a pose.

You will learn about the different uses and strengthening drills that props can support
you with. Let’s explore and build our practice from the ground up!
