Join Shelley for the basics of Yoga!

This series is designed to provide the foundations of a life-long practice.

In this series, we will introduce the student to basic concepts, postures, breath work, Yogic history and philosophy.

Suitable for beginners or those wanting to re-root in their practice, get out of bad asana habits and/or learn how to BE yoga not just DO yoga.

Class starts on Thursday, September 14th and runs for 6 weeks. No class on September 21st.

This is considered a regular class on the schedule please purchase a drop in or use your current pass to reserve your spot (each time)
