Yoga Basics with Shelley

Join Shelley for a 6-week series on the basics of Yoga.
This series is designed to provide the foundations of a life-long practice.
In this series, we will introduce the student to basic concepts, postures, breath work and Yogic philosophy.
Suitable for beginners or those wanting to re-root in their practice, get out of bad asana habits and/or learn how to BE yoga not just DO yoga.
Class starts on Thursday, January 19th and runs for 6 weeks. There is no additional charge for current pass holders.
