Body Acceptance is Really About Healing your Relationship with Yourself!

It’s time to let go of shaming your body. It’s time to accept and move your body intuitively & for joy instead of self-punishment. This 90-minute transformative workshop will help you begin
your journey to body freedom!
We will begin the class with a meditation and breathwork experience to begin connecting to
the body. We will then flow into a gentle/yin sequence to drop deeper into the physical and
emotional sensations of the body followed by a high energy vinyasa sequence to build heat
(tapas) and to release any negative stories or thoughts you have about your body. We will
close the workshop with a reflective, cooling and grounding restorative sequence & soulful
yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice to further your healing journey.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
