Yoga foundations- from poses to principle with Angie & Anna

This is an interactive workshop for students of all levels. As a beginner you might wonder “what in the asana is going on here?” Or perhaps you have developed some habits on the mat that follow you into your world!
Anna will teach alignment-based yoga with a focus on proper form and mechanics so that you can achieve maximum benefit from each pose and practice yoga safely from your home or studio. Learn how to use props to modify or amplify your practice and discover alternative poses to accommodate physical injuries.
Through exercises and discussion Angie will take you through some of the ways that yoga can transform your perceptions and inner workings that go beyond the physical aspects of yoga.
