YONO COVID-19 Policy Updates for all students & teachers.
~ Every student must sign a new waiver before practicing (download here)
~ Students who wish to attend in-studio classes must reserve their spot using the easy and free online scheduler or App: https://schedulebliss.com/yono
~Please stay home and stay safe if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 or flu.
~ Daily Zoom classes will be offered for most classes for those who prefer practicing at home
~ Everything is subject to change
REFUNDS AND PASS HOLDING:
~Once your credit card is charged for a monthly auto-renew pass YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
~Pass holding is only available 1 x per year
~PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 1 WEEK NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR PASS ON HOLD TO AVOID THE AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION.

Refund policy:
We understand that unexpected events can arise that may affect your plans.
There is a $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all RETREAT transactions.
FOR RETREATS: Refunds (minus the $150 deposit) are available up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Remaining retreat payments can be transferred to another YONO retreat within a year of the original date!
FOR EVENTS & WORKSHOPS: Full refunds available 1 weeks prior to event/workshop. A credit will be offered for future events (not retreats) or classes with less than a week’s notice.
No-shows, no calls on day of= no refund/no credit.
FLOAT & SAUNA POLICY:
*You can cancel up to 6 hours from your float for a full refund. Call, text or email to notify (see all contact info on home page)
*No calls, no shows on the day of your appointment will be charged the full amount.
