Sound therapy is a form of sensory therapy that uses vibrational sound to help clear energy blockages, reduce stress and create a sense of peace, relaxation and better health. During sound therapy various musical instruments such as singing bowls, rattles, drums and rain sticks are played. Singing bowls can also be placed directly on the body. The sound vibrations created from these instruments surround and enter the body, gently massaging the skin, muscles, tissues and organs, balancing the body’s vibrational energy and creating a healing environment.
Sound Therapy can also be used as an accompaniment to energy work through the laying on of hands.
